What do you think sets Waident apart?

The difference between Waident and other companies is the attention to detail and the quick response. You won’t find another company out there that is committed to a response from a live person within 15 minutes and having a ticket in progress within an hour.

What clients say about the support he provides:

“My service was excellent!  I received prompt and courteous help and James was able to solve the problem better than I expected.  Instead of just restoring my ability to print when directly connected to the printer, he was able to fix the overarching problem (that has been an issue for months) allowing me to print remotely.”

“Did it all very quickly and unobtrusively – working around my schedule so that he could remote in to my computer while I was in another meeting. Thank you, Waident!”

“James took great care of me. I screwed up the machine myself and James was able to correct what I screwed up and then tell me how to solve the problems/question I was trying to figure out when I screwed it up. So thank you James, thank you Waident.”

“James worked his magic and did a great job. I appreciate his efforts and ability to solve the problem.”

“Thank you!  Something that has been bugging me for months was fixed in minutes once I asked for help.”

Tell us about some of your favorite things.

Comedy movies are good, but I really prefer big action movies (Die Hard, Transformers, The Expendables, Fast and the Furious, etc.). Going to the movies is a great date night for us.

Sports Team
I was born and raised in Kansas, approximately 20 minutes from Kansas State University. I was raised to love the Wildcats and despise the Jayhawks, and I’m proud to say that I was able to attend K-State for 2 years and continue my disdain for all that is KU.  I’m also a huge Royals and Chiefs fan, even though I realize there’s no point.  I’m also a big fan of Lebron, but let’s be honest, who isn’t?

I love playing video games with my wife and with my friends as well. I play my guitar as much as I can in my free time, and am working on singing more in order to expand my musical abilities.  I love playing tennis when I have the chance, even if I’m not that great at it.

Family Time
I’ve been married for over 2 years to a future teacher, have a 2-year old Mini Australian Shepherd.

Television Shows
Loved watching How I Met Your Mother (and yes, I did like how it ended), huge fan of the Big Bang Theory and comedies in general on TV. The more I laugh, the more I love it.

Have a wide range of music tastes, but lately I’ve been more into the hardcore/screamo music. I prefer less mainstream music, but still can be caught occasionally listening to One Direction on the radio (on accident, of course).  I play guitar (electric, acoustic, bass), and do a lot of work in my local church’s band (www.restorecc.org).

Favorite vacation spots
What’s vacation? Seriously though, I really enjoy heading up into the mountains of Colorado, as well as heading to the beach out near San Diego. Both are very beautiful areas that are extremely relaxing.
