His strategies have helped the world’s top professional services firms achieve industry-leading growth rates, optimize marketing investment and maximize brand value. Jeff built exceptional teams as the SVP of Marketing at Genworth Financial, the Global Marketing Leader at Hewitt Associates, and in senior roles at Towers Perrin and Andersen. AND, he can never forget his “Karate Kid” time selling spark plugs and software in the auto parts business. It turned a brat into a businessman.

He married up and has three incredible kids adopted from Guatemala. When not working, you can find him reading a book, perfecting his “pedal stroke” with his Tower Racing cycling teammates, helping his wife manage our 2 dogs and 2 cats (along with a litter of foster kittens) or soaking up the remaining time he has with his soon-to-be college-bound kids.

Arthur is a big picture idea guy who loves to create. He lives in the world of “it’s never been done before.”, tends to stay under the radar a little, and has some significant accomplishments.
Arthur is an original Internet entrepreneur founding an Internet company before the web browser even existed. He wasn’t learning about digital marketing, branding, innovation, development; he was creating it. He is a self-described TED fanatic, has done a TED talk, TEDx talk, led multiple global TED workshops, and is the founder and curator for TEDxNaperville.
Arthur latest “it’s never been done before” idea is founding Lab Z, a Human Experience Design agency that focuses on a new approach to create authentic engagements within organization culture, brands, events, and customers, through intentional design of emotion and meaning.
A recent Lab Z development have been creating a framework for Human experience design that has been shared with top organizations and lectured at Kellogg School of Management. Ask him about it.
He is extremely excited (some would say too much) in this new area of emotion and meaning in the experiential economy, and welcomes anyone to have a conversation with him about this topic.
In his spare time he carves Tiki Moai, jumps off cliffs in his paraglider and grills a mean Argentina style Picanha on his 850 lb steel, wood fired grill he built himself.
His mantra is to “create an idea, get people excited, do it, repeat.”
