University of Chicago, BA in Public Affairs

Where were you born?

Illinois Central Hospital, 5800 S. Stoney Island Ave, Chicago, IL. Born Sunday, May 19 at 11:25 AM Standard time cheating my Mother out of 1-hour of labor as the City of Chicago was on daylight savings time (12:25 PM) and the hospital, operated by the railroad, was on standard time.

What do you think sets Waident apart?

First, the effort that we make to frequently communicate to our clients what we are doing and when we are doing it. Our clients are never in the dark.  Second, being able to support all of our client’s technology instead of just one or two pieces of it.

What clients say about the support he provides:

“I appreciate working with Ed. He gets things done in a timely manner and is a pleasure to work with.”

“Ed is great!  Responsive, professional, patient. Thanks!”

“Ed is always the best.  He quickly addresses any issue, whether software, hardware, or third-party; sometimes I wonder if he could even help with  plumbing, finance, or personal things!”

“Ed was understanding, responsive and looked for ways to resolve my problem without interrupting my day…..great job.”
