Waident Press Release – Waident Technology Solutions and TLC Networks Merge

Uncategorized

Glen Ellyn, IL (August 1, 2013) – Waident Technology Solutions and TLC Networks merge to expand their ability to provide Chicago-area small to mid-sized businesses with exceptional virtual technology support.

“This merger is a real win for both Waident and TLC, as well as our combined client base,” said John Ahlberg, founder and CEO of Waident.  “Over the past 20 years under the leadership of Jacqueline Wheeler, TLC has cultivated a strong network of clients.  Waident will expand support for these clients with its established service team and proven infrastructure and processes.”

The combined organization will go by the name Waident Technology Solutions and will have offices in Glen Ellyn, Chicago, and Kansas City, Missouri. The organization will continue to focus on providing responsive, high-touch service that is people versus technology centered.  In addition to offering daily helpdesk support and ongoing network management, the combined organization will serve as strategic technology consultants for clients.

“I am excited to join the Waident team,” said Jacquie Wheeler.  “I felt an instant affinity with John and his colleagues.  We share a similar philosophy, focused on treating our clients as we ourselves would like to be treated and delivering expert service with personal warmth, integrity and humor.”

Going forward, Jacquie primarily will focus on delivering network solutions and projects to Waident clients with her characteristically down-to-earth, consultative style.  She will be supported by the larger Waident team in these efforts.
